Cancellations &  Deposits

Spa & Salon Treatments & Services

To ensure a seamless experience for all of our guests, any booking exceeding 45 minutes will be required to pay a 50% payment to secure the booking.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment will result in a full loss of deposit.

In the event of a late arrival where we are unable to carry out the booked service, you will need to reschedule this appointment, and 100% charge will be applied.

Spa Experiences

For spa experiences/spa packages full payment will be required at the time of booking.

If your booking is cancelled before 72 hours prior to your scheduled spa experience, your booking can be transferred to a different date. However, any transferred bookings must be made at the time of cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking, there will be a loss of full payment, and the booking will not be transferable.


For weddings,  20% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking, with the full payment due 4 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Weddings can be rescheduled up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding date; however, a 20% admin fee will be charged for changes made.

If a cancellations occurs more than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date, a £10 admin fee will be charged.

For cancellations within 14 days of the wedding date, a 100% charge of the total wedding cost will be applied.


In the event a refund is required for any services, treatments or packages, there will be a £25 admin fee deducted.

A refund will only be issued at discretion of Beau Monde Salon Spa LTD

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers must have their value printed on the voucher. They are non- refundable in part or full.

They can be used in payment for any service or product available from Beau Monde. The validity of the gift voucher is stated on the voucher, post the expiry date the voucher will have zero value.

Gift vouchers which have expired 3 months or less after the expiry date can be extended at the discretion of Beau Monde however, an admin free will be deducted from the voucher value.




Mobile Phones/ Electronic Devices 

For the quiet enjoyment of others, clients mobile phones or other electronic devices should be switched off or set to silent and non – vibrating mode.

Medical Conditions

The welfare of our clients are paramount to Beau Monde. We rely 100% on client declaration and information in regard to pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or reactions.

Some treatments may not be possible or recommended for certain conditions so the client has responsibility to fully disclose any conditions prior to the treatment being booked.  

Children/Toddlers /Babies

Beau Monde can accommodate children, toddlers/babies for limited aspects of their services.

However, other clients enjoyment is important to Beau Monde, so restrictions will be in place. 

Please discuss with Beau Monde what can be accommodated at the time of booking – without prior agreement, clients should not turn up with children, toddlers and babies. 

Patch Testing 

For your health and safety and in compliance with the law it is mandatory to carry out a patch test on all tinting treatments for clients who are having treatments at Beau Monde for the first time or undertaking a different treatment.

Skin tests must be done 48 hours prior to colour application and repeated if the client has not had further treatments in the preceding 3 months.


For clients receiving wax treatments for the first time, or have sensitive skin, it is advised to contact Beau Monde prior to your appointment to discuss alternative waxes. Please also highlight your concerns at the time of booking.

24 hours prior to your appointment, please avoid hot water and heat based activities, sun bathing, swimming, steam rooms or saunas and tanning treatments.


It is advised to wear dark, loose fitting clothes for all tanning treatments and avoid all water and heat based activities as defined under waxing


For pedicures, we advise clients to wear open toe shoes. Clients can bring their own choice of nail colour for certain treatments. However, this will not reduce the cost of the appointment.




Health and safety 

The welfare and health and safety of all our clients is paramount to Beau Monde. It is imperative guests strictly follow any instructions or rules provided or any instructions or advise given by and any of our staff. Clients need to behave appropriately for the conditions and raise any concerns with any staff member.

Swimming pool

Within Beau Monde leisure is classed as a leisure pool and is to be used by all guests showing maximum courtesy to other users. Under no circumstances can anyone access the pool by jumping or diving in from the sides. Access and exit of pool should be via the steps. Beau Monde Leisure is an unmanned pool. Water jets located alongside the pool edge should not be hung or swung from.

Food and Drink

Only food and drink purchased from and provided by Beau Monde can be consumed on the premises.

Clients can be asked to leave the facility when blatantly ignoring this requirment,


Beau Monde is a fully compliant business in respect to the laws banning smoking in public places or buildings.

Clients are not allowed to smoke any product within the building or in the grounds with the very specific exception of an allocated smoking area- Staff will advise of this location.

We would expect clients do not disgard ciggarette buts or any other litter other than in the bins provided.

Smoking in our robes are prohibited and we ask guests to change into personal clothing when smoking as per the rules above.

Client’s Feedback

We value the feedback of all clients. Where clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service or experience they encountered when dealing with Beau Monde we would request that the issues of concern are notified to a member of staff at the time of the visit or at a minimum write to Beau Monde via email within 24 hours of the event.

Beau Monde will follow up all feedback with a formal response to the client within 5 working days. Where the guest complaint is in respect of the provision of services such as hair or beauty Beau Monde reserve the right to rectify the issue via a new service as a direct replacement.

Force Majeure

If for reasons outside the direct and specific control of Beau Monde, including but not limited to natural disaster or disease, strikes, availability of material, staff sickness or access restriction Beau Monde will give clients reasonable notice of cancellation.

In such circumstances Beau Monde will offer the clients a change of date or a credit note with a validity of 12 months.


All prices are agreed at the point of sale and remain valid for the treatment/services if undertaken at the agreed time and dates. Where prices are incorrectly advertised in error then Beau Monde has no obligation to honour such mistakes prior to agreeing a booking. All advertised prices can be changed without prior notice.

Non – Payment 

In the event a client’s account is overdue and remains unpaid Beau Monde having giving 14 days of the default will as needed seek legal recovery and in such circumstances the cost of recovery including legal will be payable by the client.


Beau Monde will develop specific colour formulations for client’s treatments. These formulae are the property of Beau Monde and will not the client or any other third party.

Limitation of Liability

Where the provision of a service cannot be delivered by Beau Monde or where Beau Monde the services provided are agreed by Beau Monde are not to an acceptable standard Beau Monde will at its sole discretion offer the client a repeat treatment or service, a voucher for future use or in specific circumstances a refund.  Beau Monde total full and final liability in these circumstances will be capped at the price paid by the client. Under no circumstances will Beau Monde be responsible for any other losses whether direct, indirect or consequential.


If any provisions of this agreement is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions of the contract.

Data Protection & Security

Personal details taken from client during booking or during the consultation or treatment process will be kept safe and in strictest confidence following best practice.

Occasionally we will send all registered clients some news or promotional offers however if you prefer not to get these update please let Beau Monde know and we will update your record accordingly.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both oral and written.

Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions of sale and use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes arising shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this site must be commenced within 1 year after the claim or cause of action arises.
